Right in the middle of the International Fair of the White Truffle of Alba, one day is completely dedicated to the discovery of other precious products of the earth. Albaromatica is a fair that will let you know all the different uses of aromatic herbs and spices. For the whole day, the very heart of Alba will be pervaded by the spicy notes of Barolo Chinato and the intense perfumes of herbal distillates and liquors; you can find stands and workshops dedicated to herbal teas, teas and natural products too.
